Keron Blair is the Capacity Building Manager for Organizing and Policy. Keron is an experienced organizational leader, campaign and public speaker, having worked on close to 50 different campaigns and organizing projects. Keron has a great deal of experience working with organizations at the neighborhood, city, state and national levels. He has worked with and trained organizers from such groups as BYP 100, United We Dream, Dream Defenders, Grassroots Leadership, National Education Association, American Federation of Teachers, Service Employees International Union and the NAACP. An immigrant from Jamaica, Keron is committed to organizing and developing leaders that advance the cause of Black liberation.
